As the term suggests, après-ski were born as snow shoes, as they were used in the mountains to reach the ski slopes while keeping the feet very warm; nowadays they have become a "must" of the winter season even in the city, where they are used not only to facilitate walking during periods of heavy snow and freezing winds, but also as very eye-catching fashion accessories. They are made of technical materials that guarantee waterproofness and maintenance of the internal temperature without heating the feet too much; the soles are constructed to guarantee excellent grip on snow or ice. The fashion component is increasingly important and with it components such as color and accessories take on value that make each model unique.
