Password recovery

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on " Forgot your password? " or on the login page. You will need to enter your email address and click send to receive an email with a link (note: it may take a while for you to receive it and remember to check your junk/spam as well). The link is only active for 3 hours and can only be used once; by clicking on it you can enter a new password and use it to access your L'Angolo account.

If you have not forgotten your password, but simply wish to change it, you can do so in the "Account Information" section by clicking on " Change Password ".

We always try to give you the most precise and accurate information possible but our site offers a wide range of brands and products and it may happen that the fit changes depending on the manufacturer. Always read the product description to find information about the fit of the product.

Discount coupon

What is the Coupon?

The Coupon is an alphanumeric code (9VEPREXVTX) that is applied at the time the order is completed.

The code can apply to the entire order or just some items.

 

Why can't I use my voucher?

The discount voucher must be used on a minimum spending amount and within a limited period. The conditions of use are always specified next to the code you receive by email or on the site's homepage.

You can only use one discount coupon per order.

If the system does not accept your voucher, you will be given the reason for non-use (minimum spending not reached, item excluded from the promotion, discount code expired).

 

My discount coupon doesn't work, why?

Discount codes are subject to terms of use.

We advise you to check the expiry date and which items are eligible for the promotion. If the voucher can only be used once and you have applied it to an order that you have cancelled, a second use will not be possible.

 

Payment

Payment methods

 

Cash on delivery – Cash on delivery

When completing the order at the "Payment" stage, select the "Cash on delivery" item.

Payment on delivery involves an additional charge of €5.

Have the exact amount ready to pay for your order.
It is not possible to pay for your order with a debit card but only in cash.

When entering your shipping information, be careful to add the correct house number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that can help the courier (staircase, interior, etc.).

Remember to keep the invoice you find inside the package.

 

Delivery and Shipping

Where is my order

When your package is ready and shipped you will receive a confirmation email and you can click on "Track your order " to view the shipping details.

Don't worry if the tracking link is deactivated or incorrect, it will be activated within three working days and you will be able to view the delivery date.

We remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and telephone contact is not expected. Furthermore, in the event of a failed delivery attempt, your order may be delivered to a pick up point without you being notified first. For this reason, we recommend that you always keep the tracking of your shipment under control.

Of course, by accessing the "My orders" section you can also view your package being delivered by clicking on "View order" and then on "Track shipment online".

 

Shipping cost

Standard delivery

Shipping is free for most items on orders over €69.

For those whose amount is less than €69.00, the shipping cost is €5.

In case of return or cancellation of the order, the standard delivery fee will be refunded only in case of return of the entire order, not in case of partial return.

Example: I purchase 2 pairs and return 1, shipping costs will not be refunded

 

Express shipping

With Express shipping you will receive your order faster at a cost of €10.

Express shipping takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and delivery times refer to working days.

Example: I order on Friday, the package will be delivered between Monday and Tuesday.

We cannot offer Express Shipping for cash on delivery orders.

Remember that someone must be present to receive the order at the shipping address indicated for delivery.

Some postcodes may be excluded from services

Please note : delivery times may vary. In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, courier strikes or others, delivery may be delayed. In these cases we do not refund Express Shipping costs

 

Return and Refund

How to make a return

You can return your L'Angolo orders for free within 14 days.

Click here and proceed with the return in a few minutes!

You can book the collection directly to your home or deliver it to one of the 12,000 post offices.

When preparing your package for return, remove all previous labels.

Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been received.

 

Reimbursement

Log in to your account to find out the status of your returns.

If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier. As soon as the return is received and checked we will send you the refund with the same payment method you used for the purchase.

 

Did you pay cash on delivery?

For orders placed with cash on delivery, a "L'Angolo Coupon" will be issued for the value of the product, excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs.

The Coupon code will be communicated to the customer via email and is valid for 6 months from issue.

 

Did you pay by credit card?

In this case the refund will be made to the same card or to the associated current account. It may happen that the refund date in your account statement coincides with the purchase date.

 

Did you pay with Paypal?

You will receive the amount relating to the returned items on the same Paypal account.

 

Have you made an advance payment by bank transfer?

The refund will be made to the same current account.

 

How to book a new retreat

If you were unable to deliver your return to the courier, you can only book a new home collection by contacting the courier directly.

 

Italian post:

06 4526 3160 (number reachable from landlines and mobiles according to the costs of the telephone operator from which the call is made)

Over the phone you will be asked to provide the code found on your return label, which always starts with 7.

You can book on the day you prefer, collections take place from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00.

Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been received.
