DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments for orders equal to or greater than €69 are free for Italy, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City and usually take 4/5 working days. For all orders below this figure, standard shipping costs are €5

You can also choose the Express Shipping option at a cost of €10 with delivery in 1/2 working days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS - INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipping costs vary depending on the country: you can consult the shipping price by adding the products to your cart and selecting the destination country once at the checkout. Shipping times vary by country and situation. Customs duties for countries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

For International Buyer you can check the Shipping Costs by adding the product to your Cart; Once at the Checkout, select the destination Country and you will see the Shipping Cost. Customs duties are charged to the customer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping usually takes a maximum of 4/5 working days for Italy with Standard Shipping, or 1/2 working days with Express Shipping. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer such as during holidays, strikes or various unforeseen events of the couriers. We remind you that shipments are made after payment for the goods has been credited.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the shipping number that can be used to check the status of your package: log in to your account, go to your orders section and select the order to find information and track your package. If you have already received the email you can check the status of your shipment from the "Where's my order" page

LOST PACKAGE

If you do not receive the goods within a week of the shipping confirmation email, notify our customer service by sending an email to [email protected], calling +39 0523 578241 or via Whatsapp at 3270654805

COURIER

For both Standard Shipments and Express Shipments the courier will make 2 delivery attempts, in the event of an "absent recipient" in both cases, based on the courier used it will be necessary to collect the product from the storage center or contact customer service.

The Cash on Delivery service, valid only for Italy, has an additional cost of €5 for managing the payment.

For International Express Shipments we use the DHL EXPRESS service: here delivery times vary based on the destination but generally for EU states such as Germany it takes 1/2 working days, for non-EU states such as Japan 5 working days .

As regards Standard International Shipments, they will be delivered to you through the National Post Office in 15-20 days, the timing varies from country to country.

L'Angolo reserves the right to choose which courier to ship with based on current conditions.

Orders received by 11am will be shipped the same day: beyond this threshold they will be shipped the following day. Delivery times are to be considered based on this threshold and considering Saturdays and Sundays as non-working for couriers.
