Returns and Refunds

It is possible to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which they were delivered.

To begin the return procedure, follow these steps:

• Ship via our couriers from here: CREATE RETURN LABEL (This service costs €10 which will be deducted from the refund. Example: Purchase €100 - Return €10 = €90 refund). You will receive the prepaid label via email to print and apply to the outside of the package; you can deliver it to the nearest post office or call 803 160 to independently book collection at your address (in this case keep the consignment note number received via email with you)

ATTENTION:

• Within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return, L'Angolo will issue the refund using the same method used for payment
  Rules for the correct return of purchased products:
• the shoe box is to be considered an integral part of the product: it is strictly forbidden to attach adhesive tape (scotch tape) or labels to the original packaging of the products
• the products must be correctly packaged: use a box or envelope to best protect the shoe box
• the products must be returned without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item
• for orders purchased on Promotion or Discount, a STORE CREDIT (Coupon) will be issued to be used within 6 months; this will be communicated via email to the customer upon receipt of the return.
• for cash on delivery orders, a STORE CREDIT (Coupon) will be issued to be used within 6 months, which will be communicated via email to the customer upon receipt of the return. The coupon amount will be the value of the goods minus the €5 cash on delivery fee.
• If the returned products do not comply with the characteristics described, the withdrawal will not be effective
• The risks associated with damage to the products returned during shipping are borne by the customer
• In the event of the return of products that do not comply with the rules listed above, a communication will be sent via email to the customer who will have to book the courier to collect the damaged products within 14 days of receiving our notification (note: the box is an integral part of the product and as such it must be sent back inside a protective packaging, it is strictly forbidden to attach adhesive tape (scotch tape) or labels to the original packaging of the products as indicated previously)

If the size of the shoe you received is too large or too small you can request a size change or you can purchase a different product whose amount is equal to or greater than the size of the change.
